Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


State Shipping Restrictions

Due to legislation, regulation, and product-specific restrictions, The Triggered Company may be unable to ship certain products to certain states or jurisdictions.

Before placing an order, it is important that you review the restricted states listed under each product. Shipping eligibility may vary by product, and a product being available for purchase on our website does not guarantee that it can be shipped to every state.

Orders placed for products that cannot be shipped to the customer’s state or jurisdiction may be cancelled and refunded. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they are responsible for reviewing the shipping restrictions listed on the applicable product page and for ensuring that the product may be lawfully received in their location.


Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We will ship to addresses and PO boxes within the U.S. Providing there are no shipping or legal restrictions. We will not ship to US territories.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Triggered Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, including tariffs, taxes, and related charges.


Damages

The Triggered Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
